When selecting your bra size, simply choose the cup size you usually wear – the underband starts at a different base length depending on the size (S, M, L, XL), but all are adjustable for the perfect fit.
As for panties, we use standard European sizing, so just pick the size you normally wear – no need to guess or size up/down.
